    • Total Income Self Declaration (Offline) or (Online) with Break-Up

    • ITR Filing Fee & Expense Payment Details

  • Scanned or photo clicked copy of PAN Card / PAN Allotment Letter [Mandatory]

  • Scanned or photo clicked copy of Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar Enrolment Slip [Mandatory]

  • E-filing Login Password OR Form-26AS

  • Challan(s) of Advance Tax

Legal Heir Registration:
  • Legal Heir's Income-Tax e-Filing Website Credentials

  • Copy of Death Certificate

  • Copy of PAN Card of Deceased

  • Self Attested PAN Card Copy of Legal Heir

  • Legal Heir Certificate Issued by
    • Court of law or
    • Local Revenue Authorities or
    • Surviving Members Certificate issued by Local Revenue Authorities or
    • Registered Will or
    • Family Pension Certificate by State/Central Government or
    • Letter issued by Banking/Financial Institution on their letter Head with Seal & Signature mentioning particulars of Nominee/Joint account holder to Account of Deceased at Time of Demise.

      NOTE: NO Affidavit of ANY KIND will be Acceptable

Salary / Pension Income:
  • Form-16 / Consolidated Salary Statement / All Salary Slips / Form-12 B / Form-12 BA

  • Bank Statement(s) / Passbook Page(s)(for Interest Income)

  • Rent Receipts (if Not submitted to Employer)

  • Statement(s) of Other Interest Income / Interest Certificate


House Property Income:
  • Home / Housing Loan(s) Interest Certificate (from Respective Bank)

  • Rental Income(s) from House Property(s)

  • Form-16C Certificate on Rent Income

  • Rental House Property(s) Address & Tenant Details

  • Statement(s) of Bank Accounts (where EMIs Deducted)

  • Municipal Tax Receipt(s)


Capital Gains & Losses:
  • Stock Trading Statement

  • Proof of Purchase & Sale of Immovable Property(s)

  • Form-16B Certificate for Sale of Property

  • Proof of Purchase & Sale of Share(s) / Bond(s) / Debenture(s) / Units of Mutual Fund(s) / Gold / Jewellery / Paintings


Business / Profession Income: (Not Audited u/s 44AB)

Limited Liability Partnership Firm Income: (Not Audited u/s 44AB)
  • LLP Firm Identification Details e.g. Trade Name & Activities

  • Balance Sheet for Previous Year

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Account Statement for Previous Year

  • Complete Expense Sheet, if P&L Account Statement not Available

  • LLP Registration Certificate (Issued by LLP Registering Authority)

  • Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) &/or Tax Collected at Source (TCS) Details

  • Opening & Closing Stock Statement for Previous Year

  • Each Partner(s) Details viz. Full Name, Address with PIN, Percentange Share in LLP and Individual PAN

    Note:ONLY ITR filing service will be provided, will NOT cover preparation of Balance Sheet or Profit-Loss statement.
    It will be sole responsibility of partner(s) for filing forms like Form-8, Form-11, etc. with other designated authorities.

Approved Investments & Expenses:
  • Form-16A Issued by Banking / Financial Institution(s)

  • Certificate(s) of Donation

  • Receipt(s) of Life Insurance Premium(s)

  • Tuition Fee Receipt(s) (Max. 2 Children)

  • Receipt(s) of Medical Insurance Premium(s) [Self &/or Dependent Parent(s)]

  • Tax Savings Mutual Fund Receipt(s)

  • Education Loan Interest Certificate (from Respective Bank)

  • Challan(s) of Public Provident Fund

  • Statement of Bank Account(s) (where EMIs Deducted)

  • Other Approved Investment Receipt(s)

  • Proof of Expenses on Disabled Dependent(s)

    Note: If any of the aforementioned investment(s) is(are) NOT the part of your salary / pension form-16,

    then fill the Investment Declaration Form.
