By confirming for filing this ITR you confirm that you understand that the Indian income tax authorities will make the final decision on the value of any refund due. You understand that the Bhupati IT & Legal Services and its agents will provide the best estimation possible based on the current tax laws and information given, however, this is estimation only, not a guarantee. You understand that information collected in writing and/or verbally for Indian income tax return filing services can and may be used for the internal auditing purposes by Bhupati IT & Legal Services and provided to the Income Income Tax Authorities for the external auditing purposes. You confirm that you have given Bhupati IT & Legal Services all the information needed and available to you. You understand that Bhupati IT & Legal Services will submit your income tax return application(s) once you agree to the estimated income tax liability and receive the ITR filing fee. You agree that in the event that you wish to cancel your application, you will contact Bhupati IT & Legal Services immediately. You understand that while Bhupati IT & Legal Services will make every effort to recall your application if it has already been sent to the tax authorities, this may not be possible.
